We typically use hardier, structural planting here — palms, agave-type architectural plants, and salt- and chlorine-tolerant flowering shrubs — reserving more delicate specimens for sheltered courtyard zones away from the pool deck.

North Goa's tourist season creates real scheduling pressure — heavier maintenance and any redesign work needs to happen in lower-occupancy windows, while routine garden maintenance during peak season stays focused on presentation rather than disruptive work. This is one of the more property-management-adjacent parts of hospitality landscaping that a purely residential garden never has to consider.
